Website Information and Service Requests

Website information is provided for general informational purposes. Submitting a service request does not guarantee that the request will be accepted, scheduled, or completed. Service availability must be confirmed directly by Locksmith Serge.

Locksmith Serge provides mobile locksmith service. Estimates, scheduling, and the work that can be performed may depend on the information provided and the actual conditions found at the service location. Customers should provide complete and accurate contact, location, vehicle, and service information.

Authorization to Request Work

A customer requesting lock, key, entry, or access-related work must have lawful authority to request the work on the property, vehicle, lock, door, or premises involved. Reasonable proof of identity, ownership, occupancy, or authorization may be required.

Service Conditions

Whether a service can be performed, and the time or cost involved, may depend on factors including:

• Lock, key, and hardware condition or compatibility
• Safe and lawful access to the property or vehicle
• Vehicle, key, transponder, or programming requirements
• Parts, blanks, hardware, or equipment availability
• Door, frame, property, or installation condition
• Location, traffic, and scheduling availability

Not every requested job can be completed. Any estimate may be revised when the actual condition or scope differs from the information originally provided.

SMS and Mobile Messaging

SMS programs are non-marketing unless separately disclosed and consented to. Authorized recipients may receive operational, service-related, or lead-notification messages.

The current website lead-notification workflow sends internal transactional alerts to the Locksmith Serge owner or operator. Website visitors are not automatically enrolled in customer SMS or marketing messages by submitting a service request.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Where two-way messaging and keywords are supported, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing locksmith services where applicable.

Mobile information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Communications

When you provide contact information with a service request, you authorize Locksmith Serge to use that information to respond to, evaluate, schedule, or coordinate the requested service. This does not enroll website visitors in unrelated marketing messages.

These terms may be updated when website practices, services, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
